Gonzalez Accounting is a remote accounting firm with office hours Fridays from 1pm to 5pm Mountain Standard Time (Arizona Time). We are a private firm with limited availability. At this time we are not taking new clients, however we are accepting additions to our waiting list. Please email us helpdesk@gonzalez-accounting.com

Gonzalez Accounting works to ensure that both the client and the firm are a great match for each other. Bookkeeping services are performed remotely.

Bookkeeping Services

Fee schedules are developed on a case-by-case basis and are included in the client’s proposal and contract. Our price list is available for informational purposes.

We give free consultations where we can give you an estimate for the cost of services.

Monthly Bookkeeping Services

QuickBooks Online Software is required, but it is not included in monthly pricing but can be purchased separately. Our Bookkeeping services come with month-end and year-end financial reports. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Sales Tax Preparation not included and are priced separately. Includes a 45-minute monthly meeting and unlimited questions and answers.

Micro Bookkeeping Services

1-100 Transactions or Up to $50,000 in gross revenue

Minimum Pricing is $250 per month. QuickBooks cleanup is an extra fee, and a proposal will be submitted for acceptance. One year contract required with automatic payment.

Small Bookkeeping Services

101-300 Transactions or Up to $100,000 in gross revenue

Minimum Pricing is $500 per month. QuickBooks cleanup is an extra fee, and a proposal will be submitted for acceptance. One year contract required with automatic payment.

Medium Bookkeeping Services

Up to $500,000 gross revenue monthly, then an additional fee of $1,000 per every $500,000 gross revenue in addition to base pricing

Starting at $2,500 per month. QuickBooks cleanup is an extra fee, and a proposal will be submitted for acceptance. One year contract required with automatic payment.

Bookkeeping Advisory for Small Business

This is an ideal package if your business already has a bookkeeper, but you still have accounting questions that come up. Includes up to 20 accounting questions and answers monthly via email, phone call, or zoom. $60 per month. A 6-month subscription is required with automatic payment.

QuickBooks and Bookkeeping Advisory for Small Business

This is an ideal package if your business already has a bookkeeper, but you still have accounting questions that come up and you need a more hands-on approach. Includes up to 20 accounting questions and answers monthly via email, phone call, or zoom. We double-check your books, along with 10 adjustments that you may need us to perform in the current month, $300 per month. A 6-month subscription is required with automatic payment.

QuickBooks Set Up

Micro Businesses 45 days at $350 with ½ of estimated cost of invoice paid in retainer and remaining balance due when work is completed.

Small Businesses 45 days at $750 with ½ of estimated cost of invoice paid in retainer and remaining balance due when work is completed.

Medium Businesses 45 days at $1000 with ½ of estimated cost of invoice paid in retainer and remaining balance due when work is completed.

We currently have only 2 slots available with On-Boarding May- July and October- December.

Biweekly Payroll Services

Base Price $350, plus $10 per each employee

Additional State $50 per state

Up to 100 transactions, an additional $500 per 100 transactions

Products

Software can be purchased through Gonzalez Accounting or through each company directly. Software is required to perform services. When purchasing through Gonzalez Accounting a convenience fee applies.
